I'll probably end up remembering more, but right now I'd have to say mine were:

1. Back To The Future
2. Ferris Bueller's Day Off
3. The Princess Bride
4. The Goonies
5. Weird Science
6. The Three Amigos
7. The Breakfast Club
8. WarGames
9. This is Spinal Tap
10. Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure

With some VERY close calls for:

The NeverEnding Story
Return of The Jedi
Ghostbusters
Caddyshack
The Lost Boys

What were some of your all-time favorite movies from the 1980s?

Great list Poison. I remember seeing many of those flicks at the South Hills Mall myself. Here are a few others that I distinctly remember watching as a kid on the silver screens of the SHM in the 80’s:

ET (multiple times)

Vacation (one of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen to this day.)

Time Bandits

The Secret of Nimh (“Seek out the wisdom of the Great Owl”)

The Last Unicorn

I’d like to second following:

The Three Amigos; Me and a bunch of friends went to see this at one of my birthday parties
when I was about 12.

The Goonies; I saw this at one of my other friends birthday parties.

The Never Ending Story; If I come by it on cable, I watch it.

Phil, you're right. Pink Floyd The Wall was epic.
